July Meeting Recap 2015

We thank the Town of Lantana and Mathews Consulting Inc. for hosting our meetings this month.

Board Meeting The Board voted "No Objection" to the proposed changes to the Housing and Places of Public Accommodation Ordinance.

The board approved AMR Guard's associate membership application.

The board appointed Commissioner Paula Ryan of West Palm Beach to the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council.

The board heard committee reports from the Florida League of Cities Policy Committees: Energy & Environmental; Finance & Taxation; Growth Management; Transportation & Intergovernmental Relations and Urban Administration.


General Membership Lantana Mayor Davis Stewart welcomed the membership to his Town.

Three Florida Representatives: Mark Pafford, Bobby Powell and Senator Jeff Clemens received awards for their service from the Florida League of Cities. Mayor Jeri Muoio of West Palm Beach also recieved an award, the FLC Home Rule Award.

Our featured speaker was Patrice Schroeder from 211 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast.
